Dear Scott ,
As i have understood by the european patent offices and the fact you mention it at your website, your patent is still pending. I will be following that patent request.
If it is declined, this will mean the product or better yet, a product with similarities to yours, will be free to sell freely in the whole of Europe (turkey and the rest of asia are never a problem). If that should be the case, i will order my manufacturer to start producing for this market (including the Turkish and other asian nations). I am offering you the chance to enter these markets without having a major player taking your share of the cake. In this way you make money off of every sold item in the above mentioned markets.
To give you time to deliberate, if you feel it is needed, i will await your answer before taking further steps. The time you needed to start up, does not apply to me. My initial offer stands. To be an exclusive dealer or not to be. Ride clean!
With kind regards,
Volkan

In a previous sales life I asked one of my non-bike customers about business. I’ll never forget his response, “business is great, doing business sucks”.
Sorry that you have to deal with the types of people and situations that you describe above.
What a chucklehead !

Well this is one sign of success, that scumbags recognize your product and are willing to find a threaten you. That is the bright side.
Frankly you can have plenty of success in the U.S. and through legitimate European distributors. Ignore this idiot, don’t respond and spend good time on positive progress.

Regarding one of your past blogs, you can always get into the running market too. We are intellegent (gullable) folk that will give your bottle a shot.

Wow….what a scumbag! Just consider this a symptom of success! I love the ingenuity of the clean bottle and would love to feature it on my blog, if you’re interested.
